Day Eighty Two of Lockdown

The rain has the nurses undercover at the South Gate Rotunda, the line is several households long; A volunteer checks each household off a register; This volunteer calls the residents to join the line;

More volunteers supervise the testing at the rotunda; Two little girls greet each other in the line; This man walks smartly away from the testing table;

The nurse’s wait while I take a photo; My vial is capped and numbered; Nearby in the covered gallery a resident does some tai chi.

Today’s PCR testing came somewhat as a surprise. I did not expect it, and there was no notification… it is what it is. “This is the way.”
