Chicken Mozzarella and Coriander on Toasted English Muffins. Not so happy with this one.
The light is quite hard, the gold fill from front camera left is ok. But the exposure for the cheese: taken with my iPhone 5, appear to have fallen into white without detail despite what the histogram in Lightroom indicates.
